Oki Bet Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and Oki Bet ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the Oki Bet website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Oki Bet Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Oki Bet Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on Oki Bet, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gambling.
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of play.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of Oki Bet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Oki Bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a valid Philippine government-issued identification card (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, or SSS ID). Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by Oki Bet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money gaming services on Oki Bet, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current at all times.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide, at minimum: a valid email address, a Philippine mobile number, a chosen username, and a secure password. You may also be required to provide your full legal name, date of birth, and residential address for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification purposes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Oki Bet account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited. Oki Bet employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any balances, bonuses, or winnings held therein may be forfeited.

3.3 KYC Verification

Oki Bet is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, prior to enabling real-money deposits. You agree to provide any documentation requested by Oki Bet's compliance team within a reasonable timeframe. Oki Bet reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify Oki Bet immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. Oki Bet shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Oki Bet supports a range of Philippine-friendly payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on Oki Bet is ₱50. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your Oki Bet account within minutes of successful transaction confirmation. Oki Bet does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Oki Bet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made using a payment method not registered in your name, or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification.
• Any applicable bonus wagering requirements attached to your account balance must be satisfied prior to withdrawal.
• The withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Oki Bet does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within the same business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Oki Bet shall not be held liable for delays caused by payment processors, banking institutions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

4.3 Currency & Taxes

All account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from their winnings under applicable Philippine law. Oki Bet does not provide tax advice and recommends that players consult a qualified tax professional regarding their individual obligations.

Oki Bet may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback promotions, referral rewards, and other incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which form part of these Terms.

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or applied to another account.
• Each promotion will specify an applicable wagering requirement (also referred to as a "rollover requirement") that must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus balance not used within the specified validity period will be automatically forfeited.
• Oki Bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse Oki Bet's bonus or promotional systems — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, using automated software to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Oki Bet reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend or permanently close any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

All games available on the Oki Bet Platform — including but not limited to Ocean Phoenix, Dragon Gate, Coin games, Color Prediction, Rummy, and live casino titles — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the applicable rules before placing real-money wagers.

6.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live games on the Oki Bet Platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that game outcomes are entirely random and not influenced by any external factor, including previous game results, player identity, or account balance. Oki Bet's RNG systems are subject to periodic independent testing and certification.

6.2 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the integrity of a game round, Oki Bet reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the player's account. Oki Bet shall not be liable for any winnings generated as a result of a technical error or malfunction. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays and plays" applies to all games on the Platform.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

Oki Bet is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnection, device failure, or power interruption on the player's end during an active game session. Where technically feasible, game sessions interrupted by disconnection will be resumed upon reconnection; however, Oki Bet cannot guarantee this in all circumstances.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Oki Bet Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to Oki Bet immediately.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing Oki Bet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

Oki Bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm. We provide a range of tools and resources to help players maintain control over their gaming activity.

Players may access the following responsible gaming tools at any time through their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for individual gaming sessions, after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of the time elapsed and your net gaming activity.

All content on the Oki Bet Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, trade names, text, audio, video, and user interface design — is the exclusive property of Oki Bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, including the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without prior written consent from Oki Bet.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any Oki Bet trademark, logo, or trade name in any manner that could cause confusion or imply endorsement without prior written authorization.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform using automated means.

Any unauthorized use of Oki Bet's intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Oki Bet, its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform.
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the Platform.
• Losses arising from events beyond Oki Bet's reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or telecommunications failures.

Oki Bet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Oki Bet account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude Oki Bet's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

Oki Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or exploitation of Platform vulnerabilities.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Instruction from a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

Upon account closure, Oki Bet will return any verified, unencumbered balance to the account holder via their registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to Oki Bet. Balances associated with bonus abuse, fraudulent activity, or Terms violations may be forfeited in their entirety.

You may close your Oki Bet account at any time by contacting our support team. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.1 Informal Resolution

In the event of any dispute between you and Oki Bet, you agree to first contact our support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. Oki Bet will use reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fifteen (15) business days of receipt.

12.2 Formal Dispute Process

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising under these Terms.

12.3 Regulatory Complaints

Players who believe that Oki Bet has acted in breach of applicable gaming regulations may submit a complaint to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) through the appropriate regulatory channels.

Oki Bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Oki Bet will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Oki Bet Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
